Movies at Cane Bay will be held on Friday, June 4th from 7:00 pm to appx. 10:00 pm. This event is a well attended opportunity to connect with our community.

In order to have a successful event we need the following volunteers:

Set-Up: Arrive at 5:00 pm until completed
Set up screen, sound, projector, Cane Bay tent, registration tables (2 folding tables), and 2 pub tables for registration cards)
Parking: 6:30 to 8:30pm
Help cars find parking spots for the event.
Registration Table: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Welcome attendees and gather registration cards for raffle
Connections: 7:45 pm to 8:45 pm
Interact with guests, making an intentional and personal connection.
Tear Down: appx. 10:00 pm (at the end of the movie)
Tear down screen, sound projector, Cane Bay Tent, Registration tables and pub tables.
