Dear Parents,
In response to the increase in cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia (2019 nCoV) and exported cases to other cities and countries, we are taking precautionary measures to safeguard the well being of your child.
Coding Lab would like students and parents who:-
1. Plan to travel overseas
2. Have travelled overseas since March 14 2020
to fill in and submit this travel declaration form.
In line with the measures that MOE has taken regarding a compulsory 14 days leave of absence for students who have returned from overseas travel from 14 March or later, we would also like to request all parents and students adhere by the same guideline to take 14 days Leave of Absence (LOA). In order to safeguard our students, this will also be extended to students with family or with household members serving a Stay Home Notice (SHN), until the family or household member has completed their 14-day SHN without any infection.
This is in light of the heightened risk of imported cases, and this measure is to create a safe environment for our students to continue their training.
Precautionary measures our school will be taking:-
1. Daily temperature checks for all staff as well as students who are attending classes at our campuses
2. Any student whose recorded temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees celsius or who display obvious flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to attend class
3. Sanitising of all students' hands upon entering our campuses
4. Classrooms will also be sanitised after every class
