By filling out this form, you agree to the following rules and regulations involving your rental of the clubhouse and the associated fees/deposits:

• The clubhouse is for the convenience of the residents of Saxony Estates. The 8 tables and 36 chairs can be used, but no claim is made that the quantity and condition is suitable for a given occasion. Tables and chairs from the pool area cannot be brought into the clubhouse. Use of the pool is not included with this contract.
• The renter is a resident (or has a paid yearly membership to Saxony Estates) and will take responsibility for the actions of any guest at the event.
• Renters and guests must stay off adjoining properties.
•The renter agrees to clean the clubhouse after use and accepts that the $200 deposit will be forfeited if the premises are not returned to the condition prior to the event. Cleaning instructions are available on the website and are also posted in the clubhouse.
• The renter has paid $75 for the rental of the clubhouse and has written a separate check for the $200 deposit. The deposit will be held until the clubhouse has been inspected and found to be in acceptable condition.
• The clubhouse will be vacated by midnight and noise levels will be kept to a reasonable level. Please remember that homes are located in close proximity to the clubhouse.
• Maximum number of persons allowed in clubhouse is 75 and all exits must remain unlocked while the clubhouse is in use.
• You will be given a code to access the clubhouse 12 to 24 hours before the event and the “Schlage” icon at the top of the keypad will be used to lock the door at the end of the event.
• Rental of the clubhouse does NOT include clearing the clubhouse driveway in case of ice or snow.
• Saxony Clubhouse / Neighborhood accepts no responsibility or liability for any personal injuries or personal property damage that may occur when renting the clubhouse.
• The clubhouse is not-ADA compliant.
• Renting the clubhouse does not allow you use of the Saxony Pool.
• Bottom Line: when you leave the clubhouse it should look the way it did when you rented it.
