أوافق على الشروط والأحكام: 1.عدم استخدام شعارات ترمز لأي جهة إلا بعد أخذ موافقة خطية من القيادة .2التزام المتطوع باللباس الذي يعكس احترام عادات وتقاليد مجتمع الإمارات العربية المتحدة .3التسامي في المعاملة الأخلاقية مع الجمهور، الجهات المنظمة والمتطوعين.4تجنب الحوارات التي ترمي إلى التطرف.5احترام مشرف الفعالية والتقيد بالمهام المناطة به واتمامها على أكمل وجه.6المرونة في التأقلم مع التغييرات في المهام أثناء الفعالية.7يجب الإلتزام بالحضور 30 دقيقة قبل موعد بدء الفعالية لأخذ التعليمات والارشادات اليومية.8ستتعرف خلال عملك كمتطوع على أشخاص من مختلف الأعمار والديانات والقدرات، يجب عليك تقبل الاختلافات بطريقة عمل وتفكير الآخرين ولا تفترض أن أسلوبهم في العمل خاطئ كونه مختلف.9أن يوقع على مستند إخلاء المسؤولية.10أن يبرز شهادة فحص خلو من كورونا عند تقديم الطلب. حقوق المتطوعين: 1التعامل معه باحترام ولباقة ونزاهة .2التعامل معه بمهنية واحترافية .3الرد على جميع مكالماته ورسائله والاستماع إلى احتياجاته وأخذها بعين الاعتبار.4توفير معلومات واضحة ودقيقة وسهلة الفهم في الوقت المناسب وباللغتين العربية والانجليزية. .5احترام خصوصيات ومعلومات السرية.6توثيق مشاركات المتطوعين في الفعاليات عن طريق شهادات تمنح للمتطوع بعد انتهائه من الفعالية.7يمنح المتطوع شهادة مشاركة موضحاً عدد الساعات التي تطوع بها.8يتم تقديم محاضرة قصيرة عن الإجراءات الاحترازية التي يجب أن تتبع للوقاية من فيروس كورونا قبيل كل فعالية.9يتم تزويد المتطوعين بمعدات الوقاية من كمامات وقفازات قبيل كل فعالية./// Volunteer Guidelines and Responsibilities1.Volunteers are not allowed to use or wear any motives or logos referring to any corporation or establishment without a written permit from the HQ.2.Must commit to wearing clothing that is respectful of the customs and traditions of the UAE community.3.Complying in ethical treatment with the public, the organizing authority and fellow volunteers.4.Avoiding conversations that lead to extremism.5.Respecting the activity’s supervisor and adhering to the tasks entrusted to them.6.Flexibility in adapting to any changes in the tasks during the activity.7.The volunteer should arrive to the site 30 minutes prior to the start of the activity to be briefed.8.During work the volunteers will meet and interact with a lot of people of different age groups, religions and abilities. You have to be tolerant and accept all these differences. Don’t assume that their way of work is wrong because they are different.9.Sign the disclaimer agreement.10.Provide a clearance certificate for COVID-19 when applying.Volunteers Rights1.Respecting and dealing in a respectful manner.2.Dealing with tasks professionally .3.Answering all calls, messages and taking care of all requirements.4.Providing clear, suitable and easy information in both Arabic and English .5.Respecting privacy and confidentiality .6.Volunteers will get a certificate of participation after the event .7.Certificate with accredited hours of volunteering.8.Short lecture about procedures that need to be followed as a proactive member in dealing with COVID-19 before each event.9.Provide volunteers with all the required protection tools, such as masks and gloves before each event. *
