Mikäli luokan joukkuekoko on pieni, voitte halutessanne yhdistää joukkueen toisen joukkueen kanssa (esimerkiksi agrologit ja metsäinsinöörit = luonnonvara-alojen joukkue)

päivärasteille.
Tällä tavoin pidetään huoli siitä, että saadaan jokaiselle ryhmälle oma aikaslotti tapahtumaan ja jaettua tuutorit jokaiselle ryhmälle.
Ilmoittautumisen voi tehdä joko tuutori tai ensimmäisen vuoden opiskelija. Huolehdithan, että jokainen ryhmä tekee YHDEN ilmoittautumisen!
Päivän rastitapahtuma on osallistujille ilmainen.

Before filling this form, make sure that everyone on your study field group know about the possibility to be in the team. If your study field group is small, you can join with some other group to make a joined group.
(for example Tornio exchange students and Kemi exchange students = KeTo exchange students team)
With this form you can apply your new study field group for the day race of the Kuksajaiset.
This way we can make sure that every field will get their own time slot for the event and we can have tutors for all the groups.
The form can be filled by either a tutor or first year student. Make sure that every group fills the form only ONCE!
The day race of the Kuksajaiset is free to attend.

Täyttämällä tämän lomakkeen sitoudut siihen, että opiskelijakunta saa käyttää tietojasi Kuksajaisten päivärastien järjestämiseen liittyvissä toimenpiteissä.
Tietoja hallinnoi ja käsittelee Lapin ammattikorkeakoulun opiskelijakunta ROTKOn työntekijät sekä hallitus. Muilla ROTKOn toimijoilla on kuitenkin oikeus tarkastella luovuttamiasi tietoja ja käyttää yhteystietojasi mahdollisia yhteydenottoja varten liittyen päivärastien järjestämiseen.
Tiedot tullaan hävittämään viimeistään 31.10.2022.
