Questions from Readers
WHAT THIS IS -- This is a good form for "What if..?" kind of legal questions or questions about whether stuff on movies or TV shows would be illegal in real life. Like on The Office when Micheal threw a watermelon on Stanley's car. Was that a simple instance of negligence or truly a hate crime requiring the services from the Law Offices of James P. Albeeny as Michael believed?

WHAT THIS AIN'T -- This is NOT a place for me to give you legal advice. I'm not your lawyer. I will never be your lawyer. If you send me a personal legal question, it will be deleted unread due to a bunch of sticky ethical rules that I won't get into here.

No guarantees I can answer all these, but I want to try! Hit me!
