*If ordering more than one cake or pie, a separate form must be completed for each

*Please note - you should receive an email with a copy of your order form. This serves as confirmation your order was received. You will receive a separate email from Clover with an invoice to be paid online prior to pick up. If you do not receive an email with your order information or your invoice from Clover, please check your spam or junk folders. If you still do not see these, please email orders@homesweetcone.com.
