Welcome to the Peripatetic Music application form for the 2021/22 academic year.

Peripatetic Music lessons at The BRIT School are available to current BRIT School students ONLY.

Listed below are the key Terms & Conditions for peripatetic applications. Please read these very carefully and check the boxes to state that you have read and understood them. This first section therefore MUST be completed by the parent/guardian of the applicant.

Terms of Engagement Condition 1 *

To the best of my knowledge I will supply details that are 100% accurate at the time of submitting this application.

Terms of Engagement Condition 3 *

I will ensure that I read the teachers' biographies in the Peripatetic Prospectus carefully and will select a teacher with my son/daughter that is most appropriate for their needs. I understand that selecting a preferred teacher does not guarantee being allocated lessons with them as this is dependent both on demand and on how early this application is received. I will contact The BRIT School with any queries regarding a suitable teacher.

Terms of Engagement Condition 4 *

I understand that this application is for a course of 27 lessons. This course will run from term 1 to term 4. There will be an opportunity to register for an additional short course of peri lessons in term 5 at a later date.

I understand that I can apply for a maximum of two courses of peri lessons, which must be on different instruments.
