From April 24 to 26, 2023, a representative of EuroNet MRPH will attend the World Health Organisation's Global Meeting on Preparedness and Resilience for Emerging Threats in Geneva, Switzerland.
The meeting will deliver a
high-level call to action for preparedness and resilience for emerging threats. The voices of leaders from communities, countries and different sector implementation partners are key for generating momentum for better infectious disease preparedness, and will be heard during the meeting.

RESEARCH PROCEDURES
The purpose of this survey is to gather data on European Public Health residents' experience of the preparedness for and management of the COVID-19 pandemic. It contains 19 questions and will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
BENEFITS
Descriptive statistics will be performed on the provided anonymous answers, and the results will be presented at the World Health Organisation's Global Meeting on Preparedness and Resilience for Emerging Threats (April 24-26, 2023, Geneva, Switzerland). The collected data will subsequently be used to draft a research paper on European Public Health residents' experience of the preparedness for and management of the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, collected data is expected to help include the experience of young professionals in Public Health into future preparedness and response efforts toward epidemic threats.
RISKS
There are no foreseeable discomforts or risks for undertaking this survey.

This is an anonymous survey. All data will be collected anonymously and handled according to the GDPR (General Data Protection Law).
