What: Gain practical skill-building experiences through a collaborative project where you can apply your knowledge and educational focus to address a community challenge with students from across college disciplines. Exposure to 3D Printing, Robotics, Research, Teamwork, Laser Cutting, Milling, Tailoring & more!
Why: Whether you want to move into a university program and advance your education, secure your dream job, become a freelancer or build your own business, i3 can prepare you with transferable skills that will support you on your next steps following your Mt. San Jacinto College experience. No matter what you aim to do, we want to equip you with the skills needed to succeed!
As a participant, you will receive:
• Small teams, personalized coaching from faculty
• Peer-to-peer learning, connections, and support from fellow students
But don't worry, there is no commitment to attend all eight weeks. Just show up the first day, have some free breakfast, and learn more. For those who are inspired to attend the entire workshop series, an opportunity to sign up for that, will take place right after our break (around 11:30 am). At that time all others are welcome to leave at that point. We don't want to keep you : )
