If cancellation takes place due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances by AWWS, your full registration cost of the in-person portion will be promptly refunded. A Woman Who Serves LLC will not be responsible for your own travel costs if cancelled. (e.g. airfare, hotel reservation, rental vehicle, etc.) You are responsible to purchase travel insurance and plan accordingly for possible changes in travel plans.
During registration, you'll have the option to purchase just this in-person workshop or full virtual doula certification course that includes full training and lifetime certificate and support group.
Begin your doula training online, immediately after you complete registration to complete your experience with a meaningful, in-person, hands-on workshop that will refresh and inspire you to begin your work as a doula or attend workshop alone to learn as a refresher or continuing education.
Location is in the tri-state corner of IA, NE, and SD.
Receive training and practice relaxation techniques in labor; learn special labor progression techniques correlating to pelvic station of baby; learn good communication skills as a doula; understand the emotional, physical, and spiritual connection how to serve women holistically; recognize the presence of God in labor and how His plan is beautiful and perfect for every woman you serve; and enjoy fellowship with other women on the same journey as you!
