Sometimes we will have dogs or puppies with very specific needs, and we need to ensure that we are sending them to appropriate foster homes. The information you provide will help us to ascertain if you can offer a foster home to a dog with such needs in an emergency.

As a volunteer and a key stakeholder of the Home we think it is important to keep you updated on our work so you understand the Home’s objectives and are able to talk knowledgably about the charity's work and your fantastic involvement.

What happens next?

Please allow two weeks to process your application. We will be in contact usually via email to request home photos which will then be followed up with a call where you can find out more about the role and we can discuss your suitability.

Successful applicants will then complete an induction and you will meet the team you will be working with. You will have a trial of two months, and then we will have a chat with you about whether it is appropriate to make your volunteer role permanent.
