It is a condition of exhibiting at Shoptalk Europe that every exhibitor completes the below Health and Safety form. This falls in line with your duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act, 1974.

In addition, you are required to complete a risk assessment for your stand. This risk assessment must include details of the tasks that you and your team will undertake during build-up, open days and breakdown. It is also important that you highlight any risks that you consider are of a medium or high risk.
