Dacus Doodle's Puppy Application 
Hi there! 

Thank you for your interest in one of our adorable Dacus Doodle puppies! 
We are accepting applications for our future 2024 litters. We screen all of our potential new families and require the application to be completed and a Zoom consultation be done before we make a commitment and accept a reservation. 
Reservation fee of $500+tax is due when you choose to be on our master list or a litter list.
$1,500+tax is due after puppies are born (1 week old) on the list you are currently reserved on.
$1,500+tax is due at 7 weeks after evaluations when you choose your sweet fur baby.
Total payment for a puppy is $3,500
We do offer custom payment plans per request!

If you are unable to care for the dog because of an unexpected life change, we require the puppy/dog be returned to us. Our goal is to keep any "Dacus doodle puppy" from being in a shelter, rescue, or anywhere else he or she is not wanted. We will work with you if you have already found a new home for the dog. Do you agree to notify us if you can no longer keep your dog? *
Our puppies are sold on a strict non-breeding contract. However, we do agree with many experts that it is better to delay spay or neuter until around one year, for the dog's best health interest. If you have any concerns about this, we can discuss during the interview. Do you agree not to breed the dog and to have him/her spayed or neutered (vet documentation is required)? *
