I'm putting together an anti-bullying curriculum but I need your input. The initial goal is to empower bystanders through empathy.

1) What are the current anti-bullying measures or programs in place at your school?
2) Have there been any specific bullying incidents or patterns that you've noticed recently?
3) What age groups and grade levels will this curriculum be targeted towards?
4) How much time can be allocated to anti-bullying education within the school schedule?
Once a week, 15 minutes a week, 45 minutes a week, etc...
5) What is available in the classroom that can help with this curriculum?
Chalk board, projection screen, tables, etc...
6) Are there any specific cultural or diversity considerations that should be taken into account?
7) What are specific goals or outcomes you would like to achieve with this curriculum?
Students to speak nicer to each other, know how to report cases of bullying effectively, helping students speak for themselves without being rude, how to step in responsibly as a bystander, being honest with someone without being rude, etc...
8) If this curriculum could produce the perfect outcome for you, what would it look like?
