Hey there! Thanks so much for your interest in taking part in our next Beak Running Club! Join us for 5:30pm on Friday at the date above for a fun run of one of three routes from the LEWES FC CAR PARK (The Dripping Pan). You'll have your choice of runs, including an off-road option, to our usual destination of The Beak Taproom, where you will receive a free beer on arrival!

Due the darker evenings, if possible could you wear hi-vis and bring a head torch!

Beak Brewery Running Club Disclaimer - PLEASE READ!
The Beak Brewery Running Club exists purely to offer an opportunity for like-minded runners to exercise together in a group and nothing more.

The club is operated by Beak Brewery Ltd with the help of experienced runners. Neither Beak Brewery Ltd nor those leading and/or organising club runs accept any responsibility for any events, including injuries, that occur at the club. Those organising club runs may or may not have taken any training/coaching.

All attendees should consider the club as an informal gathering of people who will run together in a loosely structured format.

Every person attending the club must take full and complete responsibility and liability for their own actions. Know your limits.

If you have any medical conditions that could affect you, it’s your responsibility to make the club aware of these.

If you feel dizzy, faint or unwell it’s your responsibility to stop exercising and to notify other runners of this.

If you stop mid-session you must not go home without notifying the session leader.

It’s your decision alone whether or not you are fit and able to run with the club. If you are unsure consult your physician. We recommend that you can run at least 5k comfortably.

The person/people leading the session reserves the right to refuse to let you run with the group.

The minimum age that we can accept of Beak Running Club participants is 18.

Any matters of concern should be directed at Beak Brewery Ltd.

Appropriate clothing and footwear for running must be worn. You should dress appropriately for the weather and for the lighting conditions.

We recommend that you run with your mobile phone.

During evening runs we recommend that you wear a head torch and high vis clothing.

The club does not discriminate against any attendees but we are unable to cater for any people with special requirements.

Runners are not permitted to attend if: they have tested positive for Covid-19 and are self-isolating due to government guidelines; have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 7 days or are demonstrating any Covid-19 related symptoms. Runners must also acknowledge the contagious nature of Covid-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that they may be exposed to or infected by Covid-19.
