League Trolli 2025 Prize Request Form
PLEASE NOTE: Emails and Payments are NOT made over weekends. Our team needs some R&R too. Prize requests that are deemed valid will be delivered as quickly as we can. Feel free to contact a team member if you requested for a prize but haven't received it after 14 days.  

If you were the winner of a League Trolli Tournament, you must submit this form to claim you prize. For monetary prizes, each team member must submit to claim their portion of the prize. All prizes are paid out through PayPal via our Payment Vendor: Twelve Thirty LLC. 

Please be sure to fill out the form correctly and read all directions/descriptions. Submissions that have incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delays. 
 
Prizes are valid within 30 days of tournament completion. Please be sure to get your request(s) in as soon as you complete the tournament.

Some League Trolli TOs run the brackets using other services - which is perfectly fine. There is always a corresponding Challonge bracket you must sign up on. You must have a Challonge Username that was registered on the Challonge bracket. Usernames from other platforms aren't accepted as we cannot verify those. 
Teammates Challonge Usernames (if None then write 'None')

This is the Challonge username of your teammate, not their gamertag or name they use on another platform like Discord. Does NOT have to be an exact match but at least recognizable as to what name they'll be requesting a prize with. Ex: Their Challonge name is MarioFan'. You writing 'Mario' would suffice.

There are NO other forms of payment available (Venmo, CashApp etc. are not available) 

Please be sure your PayPal is based in the United States or Canada. Be sure that your PayPal is able to accept payments. We make every attempt to send you your prize using the "friends or family" route so you don't have to pay any fees. However, it's not always available to us.

If the TO was using multiple platforms to run their events, Do NOT give us the link to the other sites. There is ALWAYS a corresponding Challonge Bracket for every League Trolli Tournament on another platform, DM the TOs/Admins of that event to get the link if you lost it. If you give us a link to another platform, we won't be able to fulfill the request.
