[Spring 2024] Cub-E After-Hour Requests
Hi there! Thank you for requesting equipment from Cub-E. 

50 tables and 100 chairs are available to rent after hours to RSO groups based on availability. Pick up after 5pm and return the following day by 9am. Please note, if equipment is not returned by 9am the following business day the student group will be blocked for one week from checking out equipment and will be at risk of not being entered into the Cub-E Lottery for the following semester.

For After-Hour Requests, Cub-E operates: Monday-Friday & Weekends, 5:00 pm - 9:00 am.
All Reservations are required to be submitted at least (2) weeks in advance or prior to scheduled event.
