This form is to be submitted by ride managers who wish to have rides that fall outside of the Mountain Region geographic area as defined by AERC or are not sanctioned by AERC sanctioned by MRER for the purposes of year end awards. Note: Non-AERC sanctioned rides will only count as mileage with no bonus points for placing. REQUESTS FOR SANCTIONING MUST BE MADE BY THE ANNUAL CONVENTION BOARD MEETING.
