Please fill out this form if you are planning to attend auditions for Northwest Dance Theatre's 2022-2023 season. All prospective New Dancer parents (including New Advanced) must attend a mandatory meeting at June Taylor's School of Dance on May 13th from 7:30-8:45pm. New Dancer auditions will be held on Sunday, May 22nd from 3:00pm-4:00pm. All Returning Members and New Advanced Dancers (6 years of ballet training with 4 years en pointe) will audition on Thursday, May 5th from 6:45pm-8:00pm. Auditions are held at June Taylor's School of Dance (19318 SW Mohave Ct, Tualatin). Please bring a $10 audition fee (check or cash). Please email questions to president@nwdt.org.
