Refuge Worldwide Beginners Production Course w/ Gramrcy
This workshop series is a complete 5-week course designed to introduce those with no previous experience the basics of computer-based music production. It will give an overview of the concepts, processes and techniques involved, and provide a solid foundation from which to further explore your own musical direction.

The course will be taught by Gramrcy - a producer, DJ and label owner based in Berlin. He runs the record label Peach Discs alongside Shanti Celeste, and has released music on Midnight Shift, Phantasy Sound and Petrola 80, among others. He is also involved in Refuge Worldwide as a graphic designer, studio manager and resident DJ.

Dates and topics for the course that will be taught at Refuge Worldwide HQ on Weserstr. 166:

Monday 20th of September from 5 pm - 8 pm (Introduction to Ableton Live)
Monday 4th October from 5 pm - 8 pm (Introduction to drums)
Monday 18th of October from 5 pm - 8 pm (Introduction to synths + the sampler)
Monday 1st November from 5 pm - 8 pm (Introduction to effects + mixing)
Monday 15th November from 5 pm - 8 pm (Arrangement + expanding the loop)
