RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

In consideration of my decision to engage in a Good Weather Bicycle & Cafe event or my participation in any test ride, rental, event, class or group ride, I hereby agree and acknowledge the following, which includes a release of liability, which will apply to all of my participation in all Good Weather Bicycle & Cafe events, classes, test rides, and group rides, including any such activities with partners of Good Weather (individually an “Event,” and collectively “Events”):
