You are looking for a way to offer yourself some gentle momentum, without the pressure of feeling like you need to set goals or become someone new.
This group is facilitated virtually by art therapists Elspeth Robertson and Connor MacPherson.
This group came into existence to explore what it might be like to invite moments of quiet into our life, to bring a softness to our inner voices, a gentle curiosity towards our more vulnerable parts of self, at an intentional slow pace.

This group allows for a dedicated space for you to explore what mind-body-spirit connection means to you. We will explore what rest means in today’s society and our individual lives, how we can use our intuition to guide us, and breathe space into the curious and creative parts of ourselves.
We invite you to join us on this 5 week exploration. For 4 dedicated days we will come together as a group to create, talk, journal and practice mindfulness, with one intentional break at mid-point to allow space for integration and reflection.
