A member alumna is anyone who studied in STC QC for at least 2 academic years. All STCQCAA member alumnae may become apply for TFL by paying the one time lifetime association dues of Php3,000. Applicants will receive a TFL Card and also receive the following priviliges:

(1) Lifetime Access to the Annual Alumnae Homecoming
(2) TFL Lounge Access during the Annual Alumnae Homecoming
(3) Other benefits that the STCQCAA may accord from time to time
