On Tuesday, March 7th, 5th grade has the awesome opportunity to go on a field trip to the Natural History Museum of Utah in Salt Lake City. We will be renting buses to provide our transportation. Buses will be leaving the school promptly at 8:45 am and returning to the school by 2:30 pm. We will have lunch at the museum. Each student will need to order a school lunch by indicating their selection below or provide their own home lunch. They will need to bring a small backpack to carry their lunch, water bottle, and a book or cards to read/play on the bus (optional). They will wear their Quest school uniforms. Please make sure they are dressed appropriately for the weather. No cell phones or electronic devices are allowed on our field trip unless your child has a previously documented need. The office will be able to contact and relay any messages to us at the museum.

If you would be interested in joining us as a parent chaperone for this field trip, please indicate below to be entered into a lottery. We will notify you if you are selected by Tuesday, February 28th. If you are selected, the cost will be $5 for parent chaperones. Thank you for your support!
