Studio Water - Helping Fill up 5 Gallon Water Bottles for our Water Dispenser - Must have a car, and be able to lift 40lb bottles

Social Media - Creating daily posts and stories to engage our digital community on Instagram

Videography/Video Editing - Helping us create Promo Reels for Social Media

Graphics Designer - Helping us Create various Graphics/Posters for Events/Classes

Guitar Player /Musician - Serenade our students with smooth tunes during our Live Guitar Flow classes

Front Desk Help - Helping Check in Students on Monday or Wednesday Evenings (6:15-8:15pm)

Front Desk Help - Helping Check in Students on Tuesday or Thursday Evenings (5:45-7:45pm)

Front Desk Help - Helping Check in Students on Sunday Evenings (5:45-7:45pm)

Studio Laundry - Helping Launder Studio Blankets/Rags (Flexible timing. Must have car)

Studio Upkeep - Quick Studio Tidying/Sweeping (30 minute shifts 2xweek on Mon mornings, Wed or Fri mornings)

Studio Cleaning - Helping Clean/Tidy Studio Once per week (Flexible Timing)

Bodyworker - Assisting with Light Massage during Yin and Restorative classes (Friday at 6:30pm or Sunday at 6pm)

Laughing Frog invests important time and resources into training volunteers and our community depends on their services. We typically only partner with dedicated volunteers who can commit to their role for a minimum of 6 months. How do you feel about this? *

This is great! I understand my contributions will be important and you need committed volunteers. I can see myself in a volunteering role for at least 6 months.

I'm not sure. I'd like to help out where I can, but don't know if I can help out consistently.
