Parents will need to fill out this form for each child involved in summer rec. A $10 registration fee will need to be paid for each child.  Money can be delivered to the HS/MS or EL office.  Checks can be made to Cashton Summer Rec.

There is no cost for T-ball.

WAIVER - By completing this form, you give permission for your child to participate in the Cashton Summer  Rec program for 2023. You further remove, hold harmless and indemnify Cashton Public Schools, the Village of Cashton, their employees, agents and volunteers from any and all liability or responsibility in the event of an accident, injury or death to any participant.
