The 2nd Annual Holiday Ship Lighting in Martin's Park is happening on Saturday November 26, 2022 from 4-6pm. We need many helping hands to make this event a success. Please fill out this form so that you may get an idea of our needs, and choose the ones that best match your interests and abilities. We are looking for at least 20 Volunteers to make this a successful event for all!

Please mark all activities you would be willing to help out with at the Event. We request that Volunteers commit to a 3pm-7pm timeframe, with the exception of Event Setup, where time is noted after the task. You may be asked to do several tasks throughout the Event and it will be "all hands on deck" for Event Breakdown! *

INFORMATION: answer basic questions about the event timing, logistics, stroller parking, etc.

ORNAMENT TABLE: assist attendees with purchase of custom ornaments, incl. collecting money and using Square card reader

HOT CHOCOLATE DISTRIBUTION: assist with serving hot cocoa and other donated items

EVENT SETUP 1-5: bring out tables, trays, tents, etc. and help set the space for everyone working the event

EVENT BREAKDOWN: collect trash/compost, bring back tables, trays, tents, etc.

CROWD CONTROL/WAYFINDING: assist in keeping attendees off ship until Santa's arrival, provide measured chaperoning of Santa from dock to Park
