Le Conseil d'administration est fier de vous convoquer à la 8e assemblée générale annuelle (AGA) virtuelle du CAPRAC qui aura lieu le 8 juin 2022, à 10 h via Zoom. L'AGA du CAPRAC est ouvert à tous !*

L’AGA est une réunion officielle dans le cadre de laquelle tous les membres du Conseil d'administration, les membres du CAPRAC, ainsi que les membres de la communauté sont invités à discuter de l'année administrative qui vient de se terminer, ainsi que de certains points quant à l'avenir du CAPRAC.

Venez rencontrer les membres de la communauté artistique, culturelle et patrimoniale de Prescott et Russell, tout en participant au bon développement de votre conseil des arts régional. Grâce à votre présence en nombre à l’AGA, nous pourrons démontrer aux bailleurs de fonds l’importance du travail accompli par le CAPRAC dans la communauté et appuyer nos demandes de subvention.

CONSEIL D'ADMINISTRATION - SIÈGES À COMBLER: Lors de l’AGA, il y aura des sièges à combler au sein du conseil d’administration du Conseil des arts Prescott-Russell (CAPRAC).

NOUVEAU! SLAM VIRTUEL DES MEMBRES CAPRAC: Nous offrons la plateforme aux membres qui ont des initiatives ou projets à présenter à la communauté. C’est votre chance de prendre la parole et partager vos succès, présenter vos initiatives ou projets courants, passés ou futurs, ou proposer des collaborations avec d'autres artistes ou partenaires communautaires.
Temps de présentations limité (3-5 min. par participant) - places réservées à l'avance sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi.

*AVIS AUX MEMBRES: Seuls les membres actifs résidants sur le territoire de Prescott et Russell depuis 30 jours avant l'AGA ont droit de vote.

The Board of Directors is pleased to invite you to the CAPRAC's 8th Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. The CAPRAC AGM is open to all!*

The AGM is a formal meeting where all members of the Board of Directors, CAPRAC members, and community members are invited to discuss the past administrative year as well as some of the issues surrounding the future of CAPRAC.

Come and meet the members of the arts, culture and heritage community of Prescott and Russell, while participating in the development of your regional arts council. Your presence at the AGM will allow us to demonstrate to funders the importance of CAPRAC's work in the community and support our grant applications.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS - SEATS TO BE FILLED: At the AGM, there will be seats to be filled on the Board of Directors of the Prescott-Russell Arts Council (CAPRAC).

NEW! CAPRAC MEMBERS' VIRTUAL SLAM: We are offering the platform to members who have initiatives or projects to present to the community. This is your chance to take the floor and share your accomplishments, present your current or past projects, or propose collaborations with other artists or community partners. Limited time for presentations (3-5 min. per participant), reserved in advance on a first come, first served basis.
