We will be travelling with a small batch. There are limited seats and on first come first basis.

1. To start with, kindly fill up this form. Submission of this form response doesn't mean your seat is booked.

2. After filling up this form, you are requested to kindly pay the budget amount of Rs. 5,800. Only then, your seat is booked with us. As it guarantees us that you'd be coming. Kindly note that the same is non- refundable under any circumstances.

The budget of the trip is Rs. 5,800 which includes travel to and fro the secret location from Delhi + breakfast + dinner at the stay, and the entire cost of this experience with BNK. Please note, Saturday/Sunday lunch is not included in the budget amount. We will be out during the day, you are free to eat anything you like.

3. Kindly note, anything you purchase during the journey (chips, snacks, local little snacks, tea etc.), and personal expenses of tips, shopping, photographs, etc. is not included in the budget amount.

5. There is no last day, but like always, limited seats are available. We will close this form when we receive the registration fee of our batch size.

A GST of 5% of the total expense will be charged per traveller. We are a registered entity, and we pay our taxes to the government regularly.

Carry minimal stuff with you. We would be staying over for 17th May night, after exploring for the entire day. We will return to Delhi on 18th April, 2025 (Sunday evening/night).

Dinner on 17th April is included in the budget amount. Breakfast on 18th April is also included in the budget. Lunch on Sat/Sun is not included in the budget amount. You are free to have a meal (or snacks) anywhere you please. 

1. The only organized part of the trip is that it is unorganized. There are no plans, no itineraries, no hurry to reach anywhere, no hurry to leave from anywhere.

2. We love being and living in the present moment. We can sit at a spot for hours, miss something for the sunset, skip the usual route for fun. We don't think about the past or the future, just the present moment.

1. You are responsible for yourself and your belongings for the entire duration of the trip. The organizers are not responsible for any theft or loss of your personal belongings or for any personal injury caused to you. The organizers are also not responsible for any personal effect during or post the trip due to Covid- 19. We are trying our best to take precautions, and your help and cooperation is appreciated.

2. Stay healthy, eat greens. The organizers are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances due to which you are unable to join the trip.

If you have been previously tested positive for covid-19, make sure you have completed the general self- quarantine time period of 14 days, and also given your body and mind time to recover. If your symptoms have subsided, you are most welcome.

3. Masks, and personal sanitizers are mandatory on the trip. Make sure you carry them. It's for your own safety, and for the safety of your fellow co- travellers. Little precautions can go a long way. You are requested to help us in this, and be aware of taking necessary precautions.

4. We understand and appreciate physical intimacies (handshakes, hugs, etc.) but not at the cost of someone else's discomfort. BNK strictly stands against any form of harassment.

5. The trip will not be cancelled or postponed under any circumstances, other than due to the unforeseen external forces.

6. Any paid-up amount stays non- refundable under any circumstances. In cases of cancellation of the trip by the traveller, any paid up amount stays non refundable, and non adjustable.

7. Your entire amount will be refunded if there is a central or state lockdown anytime before the dates of the trip, or if travelling is officially prohibited by the government. So you don't have to worry about your payment. In no other circumstances, the trip will be cancelled, or the paid- up amount refunded.
