WHAT IS A FOOD AND LIFESTYLE DIARY FOR?
This is one of the best tools for developing self awareness around your nutrition and lifestyle habits.  When our lives are busy we tend not to realise fully what we actually eat and the habits that we have. Increasing self awareness is a big step towards making behavioural change so embrace this as a positive step in your journey.  You are not being judged, it’s purely to take a snapshot in time and start a discussion.

There are 3 sections to be completed, one per diary day. If you are logged into your google account you can partially fill it in and come back to complete it later. This is a good approach to keep on top of it.

HOW TO FILL THIS OUT
·   It’s best to fill this out in as much detail as possible.  That might be measurements of all ingredients for some people, some may be more specific in other areas.
·   Do the best you can.  The more you put into it the more you get out of it.
·   Complete it for consecutive days, and include a weekend day.
·   Be honest.  It’s for you, so don’t hide anything.
