Thank you for your interest in my Introduction to Sling classes! Sling (aka Aerial Hammock) is a great apparatus for people new to aerial, as well as those with aerial experience seeking to learn another apparatus. No aerial experience is required, but having good body awareness is helpful. In this class we will start to build a fundamental sling vocabulary, learn transitions, and begin to create short sequences on the fabric.

 *Note - there will be no class on Thanksgiving, so the 4th class will be Dec 1st. The cost for the session is $100. The session price is already discounted from single class rates, so there are no refunds or make up classes for missed classes. All classes are held at  Cycropia Aerial Dance Studio (5048 Tradewinds Parkway).
