2023-2024 Palo Alto AYSO Refund Request

Refunds may be requested in some circumstances.
A request to refund a player's registration fee, or donate the fee, must be made on this page.

If you wish to donate your registration fees to Palo Alto AYSO a receipt will be sent to you.
AYSO is a 509(a)(2) Public Charity, 95-6205398.

Due to the terms of our group insurance policy, no refund can be given for a player who has attended any practices or games.

Please also be aware that we are unable to refund the $20 National fee or the $2.75 SportsConnect processing fee. The National membership is good through July 31 next year and if you register for Spring season, you will not be charged.

It may take up to 4 weeks to issue a refund or a donation receipt.
