Welcome prospective volunteer!

Please read this page carefully and in its entirety as it contains information important to guide you through the completion of the interest survey for OPF events at PaizoCon Europe Online 2021. Once the form is submitted, you will not have access to change your answers. Please be as accurate as possible. The last question on the form is a free-form field where you can add any additional information that should be considered regarding your interest in attending the event.

This survey collects information and preferences for Organized Play Foundation participants interested in volunteering at PaizoCon Europe Online 2021, and will help us determine what volunteer needs and interest will look like. Information submitted on this form will be shared only with authorized members of the Organized Play Foundation (OPF), including the Director of the OPF and Organizing Committee members, as well as the Paizo Organized Play Manager (OPM) and Organized Play Associate.

This survey is only to gauge interest in volunteering and attending Organized Play Foundation games at PaizoCon Europe Online 2021. This survey is not a commitment to volunteer or a confirmation of eligibility to volunteer.

All minors (age 13-17) require permission to volunteer from their parent/guardian in the form of a written email and the parent/guardian will be required to sign the volunteer agreement/s on behalf of the minor.  Prior to completing this form, the parent/guardian must contact the organizing committee at the email address indicated above. All minors interested in volunteering should keep this in mind. Minors ages 13+ may volunteer to run online games via virtual tabletops.

Completion of this form does not indicate acceptance as a volunteer. Notifications will be sent directly to each potential volunteer advising them of their status, with future instructions to complete additional registration if necessary.
