SSP Individual Application
Hi there! I'm so glad you're here. Thanks for your interest an Individual Somatic Safe & Sound (SSP) Experience.

This is a transformative experience with a weekly or bi-weekly commitment, and the application process is here to be helpful so that you have the information and felt sense you need to arrive at a yes or a no (or a not yet). I'll honor wherever you arrive, pinky promise.

Speaking of commitment, applying doesn't commit you to anything! This is the part of the process where you can share a bit about what brought you here and ask me all the things. It's important to me that you know a bit about what might happen within our SSP sessions and have a chance to ask any questions that are coming up for you.

After I receive your application, I will follow up via e-mail with next steps which can include: hopping on a short call if we feel the need to connect more before you sign up; selecting a weekly or bi-weekly time for our sessions and securing your spot with a deposit.

Thanks and with care,
Jess

Do you know which sliding scale rate works best for you?

Here are the options along the sliding scale:
$100 per session
$120 per session
$140 per session

This does not impact your enrollment. It just helps me to know which rate to set up for you. :)

Do you have experience with somatic work, nervous system healing or education, therapy or other healing? Feel free to share more here if you'd like. Also, this is not required. I'm just curious how folks are arriving and what they've experienced. *
Do you have what you need (or can you get what you need) for the SSP?

Here's the supply list: a quiet space, an internet connection and a zoom account, a smart phone for the SSP playlists, over-ear headphones.

A note: I can advise you on the type of headphones to get!

Are there any actions or feelings you are hoping to alleviate through your time in the SSP?

For example, some folks are seeking to experience less anxiety or less overwhelm when emotions come up.
*
Are there any actions or feelings you are hoping to increase through your time in the SSP?

For example, some folks are seeking to experience more rest and relaxation in their lives, or more access to feelings or boundaries?
*
Is there anything you feel nervous about regarding the SSP experience? Are there any ongoing struggles you're worried might make the SSP more challenging for you? Any additional support you feel like you might need and don't have? Feel free to share here, and we can chat more later if that feels supportive. *
Are there any questions you have for me about the SSP, and the way I facilitate and hold space? Feel free to ask them here.
Taking a moment to check in with yourself (if you'd like to), do you feel the need or desire to connect more with me via a short call (or e-mails) so you can ask questions about the SSP?
