Por la importancia que representa la conservación, protección y seguridad de la biodiversidad del Parque Nacional Llullaillaco y sus visitantes, la administración le permitirá el ingreso previa autorización, la cual se detalla a continuación.  

Paso 1. Lee y completa el presente formulario.

Paso 2. Completa los documentos PERMISO DE ASCENSIÓN AL VN. LLULLAILLACO Y OTRAS CUMBRES y la ACEPTACIÓN DE RIESGO Y DESLINDE DE RESPONSABILIDADES que se encuentran junto al REGLAMENTO DE ASCENSIÓN disponibles para su descarga en el sitio oficial del parque.  https://www.conaf.cl/parques/parque-nacional-llullaillaco/

Paso 3. Accede con clave única a https://conaf.cerofilas.gob.cl/.

Paso 4. Envía los documentos firmados al correo carlos.gatica@conaf.cl.


En un plazo máximo de 15 días hábiles recibirás una respuesta. No se considerará válida la solicitud sin el documento.

Declaro que los datos son fidedignos, que acepto todas las normas de la CONAF y del Parque Nacional Llullaillaco y asumo que podré ser sancionado y expulsado si no las cumplo.

IMPORTANTE:

* Al interior del parque no existe ningún tipo de alojamiento ni área de camping por el momento. Queda prohibido utilizar el Refugio/Guardería de Alta Montaña de la CONAF (Qda. Zorritas), sin embargo existe un refugio de emergencia climática contiguo disponible para uso.

* CONAF, la administración del Parque y el Departamento de Áreas Silvestres Protegidas del Estado se reservan el derecho de cancelar cualquier actividad por mal tiempo. Especialmente durante el invierno y el verano.

* Por su seguridad, cada integrante del grupo debe completar este formulario y adjuntar su certificado de salud personal.

Due to the importance of the conservation, protection and security of the biodiversity of the Llullaillaco National Park and its visitors, the administration will allow you the entry only with prior authorization, which is detailed below.

Step 2. Complete https://conaf.cerofilas.gob.cl/

Step 3. Send the documents to the mail carlos.gatica@conaf.cl and we will give you an answer in 10 working days to respond the request.


I declare the information i have provided is true and that i will abide by the rules and regulations described. I acknowledge that i can be sanctioned should i dail to follow andy of the obligations described. Before visiting, please check the park website to determine its operating status.
