1. 每套設備包括氧氣機、動物專用氧氣罩、氧氣管和加濕瓶；
2. 氧氣設備需最少租用一個月 每月租金為港幣$950 (免費運送)，若使用不足一個月也按一個月租金計算；
3. 需收取按金港幣$2,000，全數按金將於設備完好歸還後五天內退回客戶；
4. 客戶須依照操作說明適當地應用氧氣設備，歸還時確保設備和所有組件完好無缺，如有損壞需按價賠償；
5. 如沒有付款，位於遍遠地區、難以到達、需要樓梯般運的地址，ST Pet Oxygen保留拒絕訂單的權利；
6. 不可把氧氣設備轉租或轉讓他人；未經ST Pet Oxygen同意不能將設備移放到其他非約定的地址；
7. 如客戶需延長租期，請於到期日前最少7天提出，ST Pet Oxygen有權根據實際情況決定是否延長租期。如延長租期，客戶必需先支付新租期的租金，不能以按金來代替租金；
8. 寵物主人需遵從獸醫建議的氧氣劑量，適當地調較氧氣機給寵物使用；
9. 寵物主人應遵從獸醫建議給寵物適當治療。ST Pet Oxygen只負責提供氧氣設備並保證設備良好運作，對於使用設備而產生的一切後果及責任概不負責；
10. 嚴禁在氧氣機附近吸煙或生火。氧氣機必須遠離易燃物品（如：消毒火酒）;

1. Each set of equipment includes oxygen concentrator, animal oxygen mask, oxygen tubing and humidifier bottle;
2. Monthly rent for the oxygen equipment is HK$950 (with free delivery), a minimum rental of one month is required. A one-month rent is charged even if used for less than one month;
3. A deposit of HK$2,000 is required, and the full amount will be returned to customer within 5 days after return of equipment intact with no damage;
4. Customer should use the equipment appropriately in accordance with the operating instructions, and return the equipment intact with all components; if the equipment is damaged, customer shall compensate ST Pet Oxygen for the loss;
5. ST Pet Oxygen reserves the right to refuse an order if no payment is made, the address is in remote area, difficult to reach or can only be accessed through staircases;
6. Sublet or transfer of the oxygen equipment to another party is not allowed. The equipment cannot be moved to other non-agreed addresses without consent of ST Pet Oxygen;
7. If customer needs to extend the lease, please submit request at least 7 days before the expiration date. ST Pet Oxygen reserves the right to decide whether or not to extend the lease, depending on the actual situation. If the lease is extended, the customer must first pay the rent for the new lease term and cannot substitute the rent by deposit.
8. Pet owners should comply with veterinarian’s recommended oxygen dosage, and adjust the oxygen concentrator accordingly for pet to use;
9. Pet owner should follow veterinary advice to give appropriate treatment to pet. ST Pet Oxygen is only responsible for providing oxygen equipment and ensuring that the equipment is in good working order. ST Pet Oxygen shall not be responsible for any consequences and liabilities arising from the use of the equipment;
10. Smoking or fire near oxygen concentrator is strictly prohibited. Oxygen concentrator must be kept away from flammable materials (e.g. Isopropyl Alcohol);
