Hi friend, we're so sorry you received a damaged item. Unfortunately it happens from time to time. Please take a minute to make sure your item falls within the guidelines below before sending it back. Thanks!

Please be sure to send your items back using a USPS First Class Mail OR Flat Rate Padded Envelope.

First class mail typically costs $4-5 and a Flat Rate Padded Mailer costs $8.35. We will issue a maximum refund for shipping of $8.35 to your account as store credit once the item is received and verified as damaged.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your damaged item. We will email when the process is complete.

Damages policy and process.
Items must be (post-marked) returned within 5 days of receipt.

You must ship your damaged item back via USPS First Class Mail or in a USPS Flat Rate Padded Mailer, we will reimburse a maximum of $8.35 for all damaged returns. If you decide to insure your return that will be at your expense.

Customer will be reimbursed a maximum of $8.35 for return shipping.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method for damages, if the original payment method is not available we will refund as store credit as a last resort.

What qualifies as a damage?
     - an item with a hole in the fabric
     - an item with incomplete or torn stitching
     - an item with a stain on the fabric
     - other items may qualify, please request approval if you are not sure to ensure your return is credited properly

Item must be 100% unworn, in brand new condition.
