If you are interested in participating in our pilot mentorship program as either a mentee, mentor, or both, please fill out the form below. We will do our best to match people based on your responses below.

Although we expect mentee/mentor groups to largely self-organize, we will send monthly reminders to encourage meetings and communication.

We encourage mentees to:
-meet with mentors at least once per month leading up to the annual meeting:
-think of topics they would like to discuss or ways their mentor can help them (e.g. discussing work-life balance, discussing how to peer review a manuscript, discussing how to solve a research problem)

We encourage mentors to:
-be the first party to reach out to schedule the initial meeting, where the first meeting should be getting to know each other; introductions, journey to where they are, etc. This should also be where both parties can begin setting goals for the next 3 or 4 months.
-meet with mentees as needed (e.g. once per month)
-provide timely feedback to mentee’s inquiries
