Effective 01/10/23: Once you submit your order, and Urban Grafiks receives it, an invoice for the total of the requested order as selected from this form will be sent to your email. Once received by you, please make your payment as per the prompts that comes with it. Once payment confirmation is received by our production Team, your Proof files as per the package you have selected will be generated and sent to you for Approval (you have two rounds of edits - Not template changes - PLEASE Read the General Policies Section below for further details). Once the Art Department receives your "APPROVED" response, production will commence. Thank you for your order..

** Payment Policy - Invoices are due upon receipt. Thank you.

** With receiving the invoice, THAT WILL BE OUR REQUEST FOR PAYMENT.

** Payment in Full IS REQUIRED as per the above first paragraph - then UG art department will submit to you the First set of proofs for your review and Approval.

a) ** The First set of Proof Files will be submitted to you for review and approval, once payment has been received by our production team.
b) ** You will be asked to REVIEW THE PROOF'S THOROUGHLY. Approve them, &/Or request edits.
c) ** Edits are made to the originally selected templates upon which the proofs are submitted.
d) ** Edit does not mean changing the initially selected template.
e) ** Changing the template style after the first proof has been submitted will incur a $15.00 charge per change.
f) ** Once payment confirmation is received by our production dept., our art department will then prepare and send you all the Proof files as per the Package selections.
g) ** If and when edits are requested by you to the First set of Proof Files, the edits will be carried out and resent for your final "Approval". Remember you do have two [2] rounds of edits.

h) ** When No edits are requested, then we would have received your "Approved" response , we'll proceed to print.

** Pricing Policy - Urban Grafiks reserves the right to make changes to our pricing without prior notice.

** Shipping Policy - Urban Grafiks currently only ships to the lower 48 States in the United States Plus Canada...

** Return Policy - Due to the custom nature of the printed product, we do not accept returns or issue credit. We do offer replacement of the printed order if the printing quality is defective. Please contact us for more details Office@urban-grafiks.com
