We are seeking highly motivated individuals who show commitment to bring about positive change, and who can demonstrate their potential and/or capability to learn and evolve. This application form is supposed to allow us to get to know you within this context. We expect all applicants to give as genuine information as possible and to focus on their motivations as well as the expected impact the programme will have on them. The data gathered on this form will also help us match you with your future mentor or mentee.

Criteria for applications - Applicants must
  • Be employed at nature conservation organisations in Europe or the Mediterranean Basin
  • Be open-minded, ready to learn and committed to nature conservation
  • Have at least one year of employment within their organization
  • Have good communication skills (MENTORS)
  • Be good listeners (MENTORS)
  • Show real interest in the mentee and their development (MENTORS)
  • Have at least seven years of professional experience (MENTORS)
  • Be proficient in spoken and written English
