We need to maintain accurate contact and playing information for ALL members and volunteers.

Data protection laws have changed and on the 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force, replacing the 1995 Data Protection Directive.

RHC takes the protection and usage of your data very seriously and can confirm that:

- We will only use your data for the purposes it is collected for.
- Your data will not be passed on to 3rd parties for marketing or non-hockey purposes.
- Your data will be kept safe and secure.
- When you advise us that you are no longer involved with the club we will remove your data from our records.

On this registration form, we will need you to opt in to give us consent to share necessary information with hockey governing bodies and leagues.

Please note that in order to play or volunteer for Rotherham Hockey Club, filling in this form (or a paper form for under 18s) is a mandatory requirement.
