The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is in the final stages of a rule-making process that will dictate how the state will regulate greenhouse gas emissions under a new program called the “Climate Protection Program” (CPP). The bad news is that the CPP, as currently designed, will not get the job done. The recent Zenith Energy campaign demonstrated the power of individuals coming together to push officials to make the right decisions — let’s do it again!!!
