The Antigo Public Library is governed by a board of 9 trustees. 5 are appointed through the County Board of Supervisors to represent Langlade County taxpayers, 4 are appointed through the Mayor/City Council to represent City taxpayers. One of the city appointees is the School Superintendent or their designee. Board appointments are made for three-year terms with the opportunity to serve for up to three terms.
We accept interest forms year-round from anyone interested in being considered for future appointments. If there is a current vacancy that is listed image that links to this form. The library director will reach out to those who complete this form to advise of next steps.
