Interested in a Group Facilitation Skills training (Liberating Structures method)?
This is basically a fast, fun, hands-on bootcamp to quickly develop group facilitation skills and be able to put them to use immediately, drawing on the powerful Liberating Structures methodology.

Liberating Structures is a very easy-to-use set of facilitation techniques designed around collaboration, equity, and engagement. It's used by professional facilitators, as well as within organizations from big tech companies (often in concert with Agile), community organizations, and international institutions like the World Bank.

A training is 2-3 days. We have been doing these in Washington, DC but would consider other cities. We may offer an online course in the future. Registration fees will be approximately $600-2000, depending on your type of organization, with the possibility of a pay-what-you-can ticket.

This training is great for those who are beginner-to-intermediate facilitators. It's also appropriate for more experienced facilitators who are looking to add a comprehensive understanding of Liberating Structures techniques, including some that are less frequently used and known. (One need not have a "facilitator" title, per se; running groups and meetings applies to managers, executives, directors, conference organizers, consultants, boards, teachers/trainers, community leaders, etc.)

Please let us know if you're interested. Thanks! (You're welcome to share the link to this form with others.) https://forms.gle/b89fL1gGycHkiNJU6

Where do you live? (City, State) We may consider other cities if there is enough interest outside DC.
What days would you prefer to attend a training?
Do you have friends or colleagues who might attend? Or a team of coworkers or an entire department who might benefit from the training? If so, how many people do you think that might be?
Do you have access to a decent space that could accommodate 20-50 people for a training (in DC or elsewhere)? If so, please provide details. (And would you be interested in trading space for attendee registrations?)
Would you expect to pay for a training yourself or would your employer be paying?

We're planning on an in-person training, but how do you feel about attending online?

What else do you want to add? What else should we consider? Do you know other organizations that might be interested in having people attend?
Thanks!!!
