The below form is being used to request registration for your child(ren) for the Before & After School Program for the 2024/25 school year.
The Before & After School program is open to children in Grade Pre-Primary to Five. Transportation is provided for students attending Prospect Road Elementary, Atlantic Memorial Terence Bay Elementary and children attending school within the Conseil Scolaire Acadien Provincial for both our Before and After School program. We are not able to arrange bus transportation and parents should verify that their child is registered for the 2024/25 school year on the required buses.
Hours:
Before School: 7am – 8:30am - children are escorted to school by program instructors via the Prospect Recreation Connector Trail (PRES) or by bus (AMTB & CSAP).
After School: 2:45-6pm - children are picked up at appropriate dismissal time and escorted to PRCC by program instructors via the Prospect Recreation Connector Trail (PRES) or dropped off by bus (AMTB & CSAP)

Fees are prorated for part-time registrations on a case-by-case basis.
Registration Information:
To complete the registration, please fill out the form individually for each child you are registering. Even if you are registering all children for the same days per week, please fill out their registration individually as all children are accounted for separately.
When registering, please choose between full-time or part-time registrations. If you are registering for full-time, this means you require child care 5 days per week. If you are registering for part-time, this means you require care less than 5 days per week and you can individually choose which days you require.
Your submission via this Google Form will be a request for care only. This does not guarantee your registration. Registrations will be confirmed via email by our Manager of Operations & Programs within 1-2 business days of your submission. Your registration is not confirmed until you receive the confirmation email. Requests will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis according to the date/time of your Google Form submission.
Once your registration is complete and you have received your confirmation email, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per family will be due to secure your space. A member of our team will contact you for payment. This deposit is non-refundable should you need to withdraw from the program ahead of September, however, it will be credited towards your September payment if you proceed with your registration.
