Arizona Sidewinders 2022: Tryout Registration
Thank you for your interest in the Arizona Sidewinders. Please fill out the registration form to confirm your spot at tryouts.

The registration fee is $25 and includes a Sidewinders reversible. Open only tryout registration is $15 and also includes a reversible. Please only select this option if you don't intend on pursuing a spot on the team. You may bring your own or borrow a friend's reversible to receive a $5 discount on your registration fee. Payment will be collected at the door. Cash accepted, but card payments preferred.

Tryout Attendance *
If you are attending the open tryout only (not pursuing a spot on the team), the registration fee is $15. If you are traveling from out of state, you may skip the open tryout. Registration for the full tryout is $25.

Do you have a Sidewinders reversible? *
Players will be required to wear Sidewinders reversibles during the entire tryout. Players who bring their own receive a $5 discount on their tryout fee.
