To prepare for our session together, take a moment and analyze the composition of your staff.   Determine how many teachers work in your school (include ALL teachers --classroom, arts, Special Education, counselors, ESOL, etc but not all school employees).    Then determine how many years of experience your employees have so that you can share how many are in their 1st year, years 2-4, years 5-10, years 10-20, and more than 20 years of teaching experience.
