KABC Hall of Fame Nomination Form 2025
The purpose of this form is to officially nominate a retired head coach for the KABC Head Coaches Hall of Fame. All nominees, along with their bio's, will be reviewed and considered for the current year's HOF induction class by the KABC HOF committee. Nominees that receive 75% or higher of the committee's votes will be selected to the current year's HOF class. This form is due by September 1st, 2024.
