Our primary mission as a tenants association is to ensure that all of us at 1 Bogardus Place are living comfortably, being treated fairly, and getting the best home possible for the rent we pay. To get things started, we are providing this survey to all our neighbors, so that we can better understand what issues are most important to you, any ongoing problems you experience in the building or the surrounding area, and anything else you would like us to know.

If you would like to take the survey anonymously, that's totally fine. But in order to best address any concerns or problems you bring up in this survey, it is more helpful if you identify yourself so we can reach out to you again for follow-up. So we kindly ask that you identify yourselves by Name and Apt # if you feel comfortable doing so. All information provided will be kept confidential within this group.
